Single variety coffee using 100% select mocha beans from the Sidamo district of Ethiopia. Excellent flavor, well balanced with an elegant aroma, just the right acidity and a full body. Popular black, but sugar and cream are a good combination with the mocha aroma.

This is the authentic mocha coffee. Rigorously selected mocha beans are roasted separately in two different steps—one to bring out mocha's inimitable elegant floral aroma and another to capture the fruity acidity and body.
