Mocha Blend

Using Ethiopian Mocha beans, we have created a Mocha blend with a gorgeous and deep aroma by two-step roasting according to the individual characteristics of the beans. Enjoy the “aroma” of freshly ground and brewed coffee by the extraction method*.
*Apex machines have different recipes set for each bean according to its characteristics.

THE W-ROAST

It is a heavy flavored because of after-blend made with roasted beans in two ways: "deep roasted with sweetness" and "slow roasted with sharp bitterness and richness". While "THE BLEND" is recommended to be served as black coffee so that you can feel the individuality of beans, "THE W-ROAST" is recommended to be served with sugar and cream to highlight its savory aroma.
